Academic and Content Contributor
After transferring from San Bernardino Valley community college, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of California Berkeley, with an emphasis on math and science education. I have over 8 years of experience being a private tutor and completed over 100 hours of field placement shadowing teachers in the K-12 school system across the San Francisco Bay area. I have always had a passion for teaching and learning; my curiosity often leads to discovering new connections between the topics I am interested in. I am a big advocate of life-long learning and my teaching methods emphasize discovery learning, critical thinking, and problem solving.
